Order Processing Time

• Unstitched items: 6–7 working days for processing.

• Stitched / customized items: 10–15 working days, depending on design and workload.

We begin processing your order as soon as payment/confirmation is received.

Order Confirmation (WhatsApp Required)

All orders are confirmed through WhatsApp to ensure accuracy in fabric selection, measurements, and delivery details. Your order will only proceed to processing once you confirm everything on WhatsApp.

Delivery Method & Charges

All orders are delivered through InDrive riders for a safe and reliable experience. Delivery charges vary by location but generally range between PKR 200–300.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payments

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most orders. For custom stitching, bulk orders, or higher-value items, an advance or partial online payment may be required to confirm your order. Payment details are always shared clearly during WhatsApp confirmation.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

Once your order is completed and ready for dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 days, depending on your area and rider availability.
