At Uswah Ahsan, we ensure strict quality checks on every order. However, if an issue occurs, our policy is as follows:
We do not accept physical returns of any item after delivery.
If a major defect is found, we refund 20% of the product amount after receiving clear photo/video proof. Minor variations are not counted as faults.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with an unedited parcel opening video.
Refund does not apply in the following cases:
If the item is worn, washed, or altered.
If incorrect size details were provided by the customer.
Color differences due to lighting/screen settings or minor stitching variations.
